Jacksonville University (JU) hosted a breakfast last week to kick off the Jacksonville Venture Competition (JVC) that will be taking place in less than a month (March 7-8). At the breakfast, a panel was conducted with four successful Jacksonville entrepreneurs. One of the panelists, Drew Messer, shared his insights on the local VC ecosystem, starting a business in Jacksonville, what catalyzed Urban SDK's creation, and much more.
Drew Messer is the CEO and Co-founder of Urban SDK, Inc with experience in law, government relations, and politics. With a background that ranges from national and local campaigns to corporate strategy, law, and small business ownership, Messer has in-depth knowledge of how government works and real-world experience making it work for his clients.
